Nutrients allows the body to have the capacity to fight diseases. Poor nutrition is a cause of a host of diseases in both infants and adults. These include anemia, scurvy, heart disease, and cancer. It also causes rickets and diabetes. Therefore, a healthy diet has all nutrients and constitute an effective way of fighting infections and other types of diseases. I strongly encourage that you do not wait until the very last minute to complete your assignments. Your assignments in weeks 4 and 5 require early planning as you would need to present a teaching plan and interview a community health provider.
