Discussion Preparation
In your first study for this unit, you were directed to use the research guide for your specialization in the NHS Learner Success Lab to locate a peer-reviewed journal article that addresses some aspect of leadership and professional communication. Alternatively, you may have chosen an article from the Capella library that pertains to your area of specialization. Examine the article to prepare for this discussion.
