Assignment 9.1: Quality Control Flowchart

Introduction
Before you start identifying RCAs, the project team must gain a better understanding of the current process and variations in the process. A flowchart (see figure 5.4 in your textbook) is an effective visual tool to identify in detail each step of a process and any steps that may not be valued-added, duplicated, have communication barriers, or have variations among stakeholders.
