Address the following questions:

- Describe a recent emotional experience (either at personal or professional) that stands out for you in learning to recognize or manage your emotions?
- How did you respond in this experience?
- Were you able to read the emotions of the other individuals involved?
- How did you respond, and were you later able to reflect on the incident?
- Reviewing your EI self-assessment, create a specific plan of five things you can do to strengthen your EI and connect to the corresponding EI domains.
