Learning the APA format, getting used to the online education environment, and time management are three of my biggest challenges so far. Among the 3, mastering the APA format is the most challenging. This is my first time using this format. I have been out of school for 26 years now and my undergraduate education did not require stringent formatting requirements. This is also my first time using an online education environment. The closest I would have gotten was online work-related virtual classes, so adjusting to a non-face-to-face class was challenging for me as well since I usually like asking questions and participating in live discussions. Time management is different from week to week. I work my regular job from Mondays to Fridays and have a per diem position on Saturdays. If I don\u2019t have scheduled work on Saturdays, it\u2019s not too bad. However, there are Saturdays that I get home late from work so I have to make sure that my 1st Topic discussion is usually ready for submission or just needs minor edits before submission.<\/p>\n
