   Topic 5 DQ 2
Effective and frequent communication is critical in the successful change effort. Through effective and frequent communication, expressing information among the stakeholders is easier. Communication is often applied in highlighting the benefits and the impacts of the change process. Frequent communication also help in transforming people’s thinking and ideas expressed in the change process. Regular communication in the change process often facilitate a greater understanding of the objectives of the change process; as a result individuals will be able to act in accordance to the requirements of the changing situation and to extend the corporation accordingly (Yap et al., 2017). Besides, regular communication provide opportunities for the discussions as well as facilitating a two-way communication with different stakeholders. Through effective and frequent communication, stakeholders are able to create a sense of ownership and to inculcate a sense of responsibility among the stakeholders.

From my organization, effective and frequent communication has facilitated achievement of the best outcomes in the evidence-based practices. Before the start of the project, there was the development of elaborate communication structure that have been used to communicate objectives of the entire project. In the entire project, the communication system affected the success or the outcomes. Through communication, there was regular and seamless communication among the stakeholders and the project managers. Also, there was an increased understanding of the objectives of the entire project. Effective communication system transformed the perception of people towards achieving successful outcomes in the change process. Development of effective communication always involve the consideration of cultural activities as well as the perception of people or stakeholders involved in the change process.
