What types of obstacles/objections do leaders face from stakeholders when implementing change within an organization?

Changes can range from the incorporation of evidence-based practices in the treatment processes to the implementation of technological practices to facilitate the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment processes. Most healthcare institutions operate throughout the day, as a result nurses and other healthcare professionals need to work in shifts to ensure that there is continuity in service delivery to the patients. There are different types of obstacles or objections that leaders always face from stakeholders when initiating and implementing change within an organization. One type of the obstacles are based on the lack of employee involvement. Lack of Effective Corporation from employees as well as the organizational management is the most common barrier that interfere with the change processes. Another type of obstacle or barrier is ineffective communication. Communication is an essential aspect of the change process, it ensures that there is integration of the workforce and sharing of ideas while conducting different activities. Finally, bad culture and shifting planning processes may interfere with the change processes. Organizations that undertake effective change processes have strong and elaborate cultures that enhance the achievement of different aspects of the change process.

Overcoming these challenges is a critical factor in the success of an organization. Stakeholder should develop effective communication framework that will ensure that everyone is integrated into the change process. The stakeholder should also ensure effective corporation with among the stakeholders to ensure effective change processes.
