1. Analyze the role of communication in ensuring an effective change process

Effective communication is critical for the successful organization processes. Most organizations value a well-structured communication system that involves all the stakeholders. Effective communication and feedback often enable employee to understand their work matters. Communication is one of the key aspect of leadership, it enhance the relationship and sharing of information that is vital to the success of the organization (Tan et al., 2017). In every business transaction, communication is one of the essential elements that facilitate agreements between people and business owners. With the increase in demand for quality healthcare services, organizations often engage in the change processes to ensure effective delivery of healthcare services. In other words communication is critical in ensuring effective change processes. Developing an effective communication infrastructure is necessary in ensuring effective change process. Communication process is necessary in integrating different ideas and stakeholders, it also enhance the understanding among the change agents or the professionals involved in the change process. Communication facilitate transfer of useful information to the entire stakeholders involved in the change process.
2. Develop an effective communication strategy for facilitating change

Development of effective communication strategies is critical in enhancing or facilitating the change process. The first step involved in the development of effective communication system involves sharing vision, involvement of the stakeholders, and the development of effective communication skills in the change process (Wickersham et al., 2018). The third step should involve charting and creating the path to ensure that critical information is passed from one stage to the other. Finally, there is the need to keep communicating and to enhance progress in the organizational processes as well as the general change process.
