As a beginning graduate nursing student, the development of a professional development plan (PDP) is important. The PDP is a plan for a student to create to help set their goals and put into writing (Walden, 2018). There are many strategies for a nurse to help with the professional development plan. One strategy is to create a nursing portfolio. Another strategy is to join a nursing organization that is relevant to the PDP. My PDP is still developing as I navigate what my end goal is. Currently, the plan is to become a nurse practitioner and help impact social change that aligns with Walden University.

The first strategy I plan utilize to create a PDP is developing and using a professional portfolio. In my bachelor’s program, we created a E-portfolio by creating a website and placing our academic work into the portfolio. By creating a portfolio, it allows for self-promotion by advertising personal and academic accomplishments (Burns, 2018). Personally, I have been able to attach my portfolio link into my resume which has played a role in career advancements. By creating and updating the professional portfolio, it shows initiative and that the nurse is willing to go beyond the basic requirements of the job or task. It also shows that the nurse accepts accountability and is proactive in their own professional growth (Burns, 2018). I plan to continue to work on my professional portfolio and use it to continue to develop my PDP and reach my goals.

The second strategy that can be used in the PDP is joining a professional organization. Currently I am apart of the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (SGNA) organization. In my current nursing profession, this organization provide opportunities for continuing to education and opportunities to stay up to date on latest evidence-based practices. As an aspiring nurse practitioner, could join the American Association of Nurse Practioners (AANP) to support my PDP. By having and participating in professional organizations, a nurse is able network and gain knowledge pertaining to the PDP (Cline et al., 2019). By joining the AANP, I will be able to network, attend conferences, stay up to date best practices, and have more resources for my PDP.

Walden University’s mission is to effect positive social change. My PDP is focused on becoming a nurse practitioner to be able to provide effective, thorough care for patients in my community. One of my goals is provide care for my patient where they feel like their need are being met, and their concerns are being heard. There are too many times in healthcare where things are missed because the patient is not being heard in the way they need. My goal throughout the program is to continue to identify needs in the community and adjust my goals accordingly.

Many professions require the maintenance of a professional portfolio. The purpose of which is to showcase the professional’s

credentials, achievements and track professional development over a period of time (Oermann, 2002). Potential employers may use a portfolio to get a better idea of who the applicant is and what they may have to offer an organization. The creation of a portfolio also allows the professional themselves to take stock of their academic and career achievements as well as offering insight into areas that may need improvement or further development.

Strategies for including academic activities and accomplishments into my professional development goals include attending additional trainings that may be offered by my employer and obtaining certification once eligible. Training and certifications show your dedication to being up to date on changes in the field and a commitment to providing the best quality care to patients. It also indicates a desire for continuous self-improvement and education, which are paramount in nursing. In addition, taking opportunities to participate in research when they become available can build the portfolio and lend credibility to not only being a nurse but also a scholar. By obtaining training, certification and participating in research, nurses can affect social change. Training makes it possible to put into practice evidence-based changes that can help improve patient care and experience. Research can be used to help identify previously unknown or underestimated problems that exist in underserved communities and minority groups.

I was wondering if you have a professional portfolio?  If you do not have a portfolio Timmins, F. & Duffy, A. (2011) is a great step by step guide on how to get started.  I like the information you posted and will work on creating my portfolio with the great supporting data you provided. Thanks

Hi Maria. I do not yet have a professional portfolio although I do plan to start working towards building one.  I will certainly check out the resource that your provided.

I agree with you that a portfolio not only gives the potential employer an idea of who the applicant is and what they might offer to the organization. However, it also gives a chance to the professional to surface their academic and career achievements and allow improving themselves. Developing a professional nursing portfolio is one way to preserve educational, clinical, and professional accomplishments (Davis, 2015). There are many reasons to create a portfolio. Burns stated that there are at least three reasons to create a portfolio: 1. Self-promotion; 2. Evidence of outcomes; and3. Structure and Directions (Burns, 2018). Continuing education, attending additional training sessions, getting certified in the related field, mentoring new hires are excellent ways toward professional development goals. They sharpen and refresh the knowledge you already have. They also help with positive patient outcomes, which ultimately helps to bring positive social change among yourself, in the institutions, the communities, and the whole society.

Hi Kaushaiya love your post. This post shows me that creating a portfolio is an unending process, even though it starts when courses resume. It is something that you carry on throughout your career. Needs modification based on improvement or changes along the career path and the organization’s guidelines. We all must be aware of this to stay on top of things. Due to the rise in research, frequent changes are going on and need our prompt attention as nurse practitioners. Updating our portfolio is very important. “During the course of my studies I checked the site regularly for significant updates to standards and processes for the nurse practitioner application process” (East, 2015).

Very true Risquat! Research is a tool for building knowledge and facilitating learning. Well said that certification shows one’s dedication to being up to date on changes in the nursing field. And also, the more skills and specialties nurses have, the better equipped we are to provide our patients with quality care.

Risquat,  I enjoyed reading your post. It is correct that a portfolio provides necessary forms for maintaining records of different activities such as certifications, honors, awards, and committee participation. Thus, developing a professional nursing portfolio is one way to preserve our educational, clinical, and professional accomplishments. A licensed portfolio contains the documentation of our skills, professional achievements, and nursing experience. Moreover, portfolios add to any communication nurses will have as they expand and evolve personally, academically, and professionally, despite their paths. We need to keep our professional portfolios to show our growth of education and abilities over time and present proof of competencies to barter ourselves when petitioning for career scale jobs or new positions in nursing.

I totally agree with you regarding the portfolio especially with certifications and education classes.  This  gives someone the opportunity to look at what you accomplished all together in order and production.

Great post. I think great ways to include academic accomplishments are through certifications. “The value of certification helps all the healthcare industry players: the patients and their families, the employers, and of course the Registered Nurses themselves.” (nightengale college, n.d)

One important strategy for including academic activities and accomplishments in your professional portfolio is to list out and begin gathering the desired elements you wish to include. Many of these examples include professional experiences, grants, teaching roles, publications, presentations, community activities, professional references, resumes, and business cards (Burns, 2018). Burns (2018) also points out that it is important to decide if your portfolio will be electronic or physical in nature (p.17). I believe making your portfolio digital to start is a great strategy because you will have it available for adjustments and changes as you go. You can always print out the information and bring it along in person for interviews when needed.

This second great strategy for including academic activities and accomplishments is reiterated by Hassasm & Olivio (2017), where they believe in taking advantage of digital ePortfolios (p.48). They go on to list more elements to include in your portfolio. One of these elements is taking photos of professional experiences and accomplishments. Taking photos can be a great way to capture experiences within the professional setting (Hassasm & Olivio, 2017, p.49). This is a great way to show connections you have made throughout your academic and professional career. These connections can be very helpful when looking for future jobs.  These strategies align with Walden University’s emphasis on social change because they help students not only collect and present their accomplishments but they will aid them in gaining further professional experiences in the future. These professional experiences will help to positively influence society as a whole along with improving the nursing profession.

As a mature student the thought of making a digital portfolio is daunting but I agree with your post that having both a hard copy portfolio and a digital copy allows for the ability to update and change the portfolio with greater ease. Taking photos as you mentioned is great way to visually show professional experiences. I realize that taking hard copy photos is thing of the past, uploading digital photos ensures your portfolio is update with current accomplishments and professional achievements. Learning new technological skills will enhance my career and academic abilities. Thanks for sharing.

It is very interesting to know what motivated you to become a nurse, and more important, a culturally competent nurse. The healthcare industry is a diverse environment and the increasing ethnic, racial, and value differences may pose challenges for both the patients and healthcare providers. A culturally competent nurse is able to provide care that meet the cultural, social, and preferences of patients, which eliminates disparities and improves patient satisfaction and outcomes (Kohlbry, 2016). Social change begins with insight and realized through skills that are acquired through teaching, practiced in one’s career, and as a member of the society. From you experience, you are in a better position to champion advocate for patients and champion for social change at the societal and healthcare level (Altundal, 2017). Therefore, nurses have a broad role that extends from provision of care, healthcare education to the society, support, and rehabilitation services.

Building a brand and maintaining an academic portfolio is excellent for contributing to one’s success. “They are considered an essential tool in demonstrating professional accomplishments and documenting professional growth for various professions (Williams, & Jordan, 2007). I would include my transcripts in my portfolio. This will show the different courses I have taken and how well I have done in these courses. It will also provide them with an understanding of my level of education. I would also include my state of Michigan nursing license. This will provide them with the understanding that I am board-certified and qualified to perform as a licensed registered nurse. This will benefit achieving my professional developmental goals because they are steppingstones to furthering my academic level from a bachelor’s to a master’s degree.

My goals align with the university’s emphasis on social change on improving the human condition, cultures, society toward an impacting future. I plan to do that with my master’s degree working with patients with mental health illnesses being culturally sensitive, aligning with social change at Walden University. It is critical for health care providers to be culturally sensitive to provide high quality of care. As a Mental health NP, I will also be helping improve the mental well-being of individuals, which is another example of aligning with the university’s goals for social change. I plan to do that by ensuring patients are following their medical care treatment. I also ensure that they are receiving the level of care needed for patients’ success.

Hi Stephanie. I never thought about adding transcripts to a portfolio but I think it’s a great idea. Apart from highlighting academic performance It would also be a good way to show other interests in the electives you chose to take. I think more than just listing your achievements, it’s also important to show your personality and interests in a professional manner in order to stand out.

Hi Stephanie, I like that your focus is on mental health and helping others. It’s great that you’re planning on including courses you have taken in your portfolio. One of my coworkers who is a physician was saying the other day that when he hires nurse practitioners he looks at their work experience along with their board exam scores. It seems like a great idea to include work experience and board exam scores in a portfolio to help us get jobs in the future.

That is great inforation to keep in mind during the hiring process that will assist me when I’m done and applying for positions as a nurse practitioner psychiatric focus.

Hi, Stephanie, I agree with your post that maintaining an academic portfolio contributes to a person’s success. According to Burns (2018), a portfolio is an essential tool used to demonstrate professional accomplishments by documenting professional growth and professionals. In a portfolio, one can insert their transcripts to indicate the different courses are taken and expertise in various courses. It also provides an understanding of the level of education. In your case, it is a good idea to incorporate your state of Michigan nursing license. It will help provide your employers with an understanding that you are board-certified and qualified to work as a registered nurse. Including your license in your portfolio gives you more advantages to getting a job, thus benefiting you in achieving your professional development goals and furthering your education from an undergraduate degree to a higher degree. As a mental health NP, it is essential to have your course in an institution in line with your goals, such as Walden University. Skills from Walden University help students relate to the community and patients effectively Walden University. (n.d.).

I agree with the importance of building your brand as a student and professional.  Resumes are not the best way to get your brand across.  The professional portfolios have more detail about you as a person, where you have been, and where you want to be.  With technology being a part of our day-to-day now, it makes sense to incorporate an ePortfolio with your professional portfolio (McMillan, L.R., Parker, F., & Sport, A., 2014).  This allows you to send your ePortfolio link when you are sending an email to thank them for the meeting or follow-up on a phone interview.  It’s just one more touch that will help you stand out and come across as more professional.  Visit the Walden University Writing Center and you will find some samples to assist you in writing your professional portfolio and your ePortfolio (Walden, 2021).

Starting a master’s degree program is a perfect time to start building a professional portfolio. By doing this, you will have a portfolio of work ready to be presented to future employers, credentialing agencies, or future doctoral programs. The process of building your portfolio will encourage you to evaluate the contributions of your courses and clinical experiences to the development of knowledge and skills needed to be successful in your advanced nursing career.

I intend to use two strategies when developing my portfolio to ensure success. These strategies will develop a strong base that shows an attitude of confidence and competence. First, I will provide evidence of professional knowledge, skills, expertise, work experience, clinical experience, professional accomplishments, and scholarly work (Casey & Egan, 2013). Second, I will prepare documents that convey the significant worth of advanced practice nurses and their contributions and impact in the health care environment. This will include documents on standards and scope of practice, guidelines, procedures, professional development, references, job descriptions, and advanced practice documentation. The most positive impact will be presenting the portfolio in an organized and professional manner.

In reviewing samples, I found that no strict rules or techniques apply. Therefore, the advanced practice nurse should reflect on which factors are most important to the target audience or organization. An example of documents in a sample included their degree with graduation date, professional employment, licensure and certifications, research, courses, lectures, and presentations.  “This provided self-promotion, evidence of outcomes, structure and direction “(Burns, 2018).

Hi Amy, great summarization of all the elements to include in a portfolio! I will definitely use some of these ideas. Other things you can include are minor accomplishments like your BLS and ACLS certification cards. Also, any other educational books or courses you have done related to nursing can help. For instance, when I was working in medical sales I included some online sales courses that I had taken in my resume and those helped me get some of the positions I was applying for.

After reading your post I went online to view a few different samples of professional nursing portfolios. The portfolios I viewed were very detailed and covered every aspect of the nurse career from nursing school academics to projected future aspirations.  Starting a portfolio now seems like a must and is a great way to track and assemble all achievements, awards, skills and abilities.  Have you started a portfolio at this time? I am just trying to gauge if I am the only person in the class who needs to start her portfolio.

I still need to do a portfolio and will use resources provided to get started.

I enjoyed reading your strategies and agree that one’s professional skills, and knowledge should be highlighted their professional portfolio and that is because this shows competency.  Advance Nursing is growing but there are still some concerns in regards to competence.  In our future roles, we’ll be more independent, and our work, skills and experience must reflect that . A frequently updated portfolio allows for one to showcase their competency and use of evidence based practices.

Gathering information on professional portfolio now is helpful in our journey because it serves as guide as we build towards our future goals.

I agree that building the portfolio will encourage one to evaluate the contributions of courses and clinical experiences to the development of knowledge and skills needed to be successful. Everything is going digitally these days; more organizations require electronic documents to standardize and manage data (Burns, 2018). So, starting to manage portfolios electronically is going to be helpful. However, a portfolio is a visual representation of the individual, their experience, strength, abilities, and skills (Casey & Egan, 2010), so I think it should not matter if the portfolio is electronic or not. On the other hand, we cannot ignore the fact that if we make the portfolio electronically, there are fewer chances of missing/losing certain documents, less time consuming for the employer to know your background, and easy to find all the documents when needed too.

I think it is a brilliant idea to have documents of employment, licensure, and certifications.

I also believe it is a great idea to have any secondary languages. In Michigan, we have the highest number of Chaldean-Americans and Arabic-Americans, and it is highly marketable to be able Arabic or Chaldean in this state. I imagine other states have other nationalities that are highly populated that profit off of employees speaking those languages.

Hi Amy and class, ” … I will prepare documents that convey the significant worth of advanced practice nurses and their contributions and impact in the health care environment”.

Reflect on the current threats related to COVID. How are advanced practice nurses in your community assisting in minimizing the threat(s)?

I look forward to your posts – thanks, Dr. Forrest

During our current threats related to COVID, the number of patient assessments and admissions have been overwhelming at times. Due to the diverse role of an advanced practice nurse, we can offer much assistance. First of all we constantly stay up to date on all relevant education, policies, and clinical resources. This will allow us as providers to reach and educate communities with current preventive information. Second, with our education and training we will increase access to care and treatment. As an advanced practice nurse, we emphasize both care and cure by focusing on health promotion, education, and disease prevention.

I love your post. Your post reminds me that the target audience who will review professional  portfolio and the purpose of creating portfolio. Cope and Murray (2018) mention that  nurses should continue maintaining, updating, and improving their knowledge and practice for performance review and job applications. nurses can identify their strength and weakness from portfolio; therefore,  they can develop plan to improve their performance.

Cope, V, & Murray, M. (2018). Use of professional portfolios in nursing. Nurs Stand, 32 (30), 55-63. http://doi:10.7748/ns.2018.e10985.

Amy, it is a fascinating and instructive post.

It is crucial to develop our portfolios.  They reflect a visual approach to view all the occupation practices nurses have confronted in their careers, and beyond the many routes, they have preferred to rejoice in the achievements, acquire from hurdles, and enthusiastically predict whatever occurs alongside. Also, portfolios are meaningful sources for nurses to showcase skill and training developments, with artifacts describing techniques to depict lived realities and the insight obtained through observation and thoughtful methods. Developing a portfolio encourages nurses to engage creatively during the process to organize an essential record of personal, scholastic, and acknowledged activities and achievements over time and to lead crucial choices linked to individual preferences and volunteer actions, purposes for learning and practice, and professional possibilities.

Overall, each nurse will build their portfolio based on its designed goal, whether private, educational, or expert advancement.

A professional portfolio is the documentation of the skills, professional achievements, and experience gained.  A professional portfolio is not a resume or curriculum vitae, typically containing basic information (Davis, 2015). A professional portfolio provides a comprehensive view of the path one has taken to arrive where one currently is (Davis, 2015). There are two kinds of professional portfolios in the nursing profession; Growth and development portfolio and best work portfolio (Burns, 2018). A Growth and Development Portfolio shows evidence of the nurse’s education and achievements. It is used to plan continuing education and professional development (Burns, 2018). Nursing portfolios allow nurses to explore themselves and their profession (Burns, 2018).

One of the strategies that I intend to use to accomplish the professional development goals is by being certified in the area of my nursing practice. Studies showed that being certified in your related field can reduce the occurrence of adverse patient events. Early recognition to detect a change in a patient’s condition is an issue that nurses have to help prevent and manage. (Conley, 2019). Studies showed that certified nurses detect deteriorating conditions early and improve patient outcomes (Conley, 2019).

Another strategy that I want to add is continuing nursing education. Nursing is a lifelong learning profession. The organization constantly changes techniques, rules, policies and add/ remove certain things as per different requirement. Nurses have to be up-to-date with all those changes. One of the easiest ways to do these is to participate in continuing educations. My organization requires nurses to complete specific educations each year. I enjoy participating in those educational opportunities. It helps me fill the gap that I was developing over time. My organization also emphasizes nurses being a preceptor for new hires/ new grads, which helps build confidence.

Walden University believes positive social change can bring improvement in human and social conditions. According to Walden University, positive social change is the process of creating, applying ideas, strategies, and actions to promote the worth, dignity, and development of an individual, communities, organizations, institutions, and the whole society (Walden University, n.d.). I believe both the strategies I intend to use to accomplish the professional development goals will ultimately improve patient outcomes, promote the worth and development of my institution (workplace), and ultimately improve the social conditions of communities and societies.

Hi Kunwar, I agree with your opinion regards early recognition of change in patient condition to prevent adverse outcome, and nurses needs to practice the skills of safe care delivery, advanced nursing practice have responsibility for leading clinical practice and ensuring compassionate, with competent care. Kvande et al., (2017) stated nurses understand each patient’s situation and foresee clinical eventualities through a sensitive and attentive way of thinking and working.

Best work portfolio is a group of documents from the growth and development portfolio for other’s evaluation for a distinct purpose, promotion, award and evaluation, documents should be selected by most pertinent for the promotion, position, or recognition. Two types of professional portfolio are growth and development portfolio and best work portfolio (Burns, 2018).

I enjoy reading your post.  I agree with you that being certified nurses have more confident in dealing with emergency situation and has ability to recognize early signs of deteriorating conditions. Fukada, Sakirai, and kashiwagi (2020) note, certified nurses can provide expertise to staff, patients, and families; in addition, certified nurse can improve patient outcomes and shorten hospital stay. Continuing education is part of life long learning as nurses.  Professional portfolio is an evidence of skills, knowledge, and experience that we have gained and show to employers that we are qualified for the positions. Good luck to your journey.

I agree that adding continuing education activities is important. By doing this, you can highlight your dedication to lifelong learning. There can be several ways to outline any ongoing specialty training that was received. For example, you may display the information in a table format that notes the date and title of the program as well as organization that provides the education. “Professionals that engage in lifelong learning influences the quality of care that a patient receives and promotes a healthy work environment ” (Skees, 2010).

As stated by Kaushalya, there is a difference between a resume, a CV, and a portfolio (Davis, 2015). A professional portfolio is the documentation of professional achievements, experience, and skills. I agree with your post that there are two major types of professional portfolios in the nursing profession. The “best work portfolio” and the “growth and development portfolio”. A growth and expansion portfolio is a portfolio that indicates evidence of a nurse’s education and achievements (Burns. 2018). This type of portfolio is used in planning to continue learning and gaining professional development. Such a portfolio allows a nurse to explore their growth in the profession. Attaining your certification in your area of practice is part of accomplishing your professional development goals. Being certified in your area of practice reduces the occurrence of adverse patient events. Additionally, accredited nurses detect deteriorating conditions early and improve patient outcomes. Studying at Walden University will support your strategies towards strengthening your expertise in your area of practice. Walden University believes positive change can bring improvement in human social conditions. Thus, the University is the best to attain your professional skills and goals.

Great post! I agree that being a certified nurse in your field helps build the professional portfolio. “By becoming certified, nurses validate their expert knowledge and skills and therefore position themselves for appropriate recognition, advancement and a critical sense of confidence and achievement.” (AORN, 2013)

One strategy that I plan to use for my professional development is to become certified in my area of nursing practice. The designation RN-BC refers to board certification and indicates that the nurse has met the standards of excellence established by the certification organization (Hamlin, 2018). Being board certified can expand your knowledge base and raise the standard of nurse practice. Board certification will serve as my professional accomplishment and it will validate my experience as a nurse. In the workplace, I have the highest regard for colleagues that are board certified.

Another strategy that I plan to use for my professional development is networking. According to Stasik (n.d.), “A solid professional network is important to success as an RN.” Maintaining a professional network can help you move up in your current organization or be vital in helping you land a new job (Stobierski, 2019). Networking will play a key role, in the search for a preceptor, in the practicum aspect of my studies.

Walden University’s mission is to transform scholar-practitioners so that they can effect positive social change (Walden, 2019). I believe both of these strategies will help contribute to this mission. Obtaining certification allows for advancement in my nursing practice which will benefit the patient population. Networking will allow scholar-practitioners to be exposed to different cultures in the workplace and take advantage of the “Study and Service Abroad” program that the university offers.

I really liked your discussion post. I am interested in your discussion regarding networking.  I agree that establishing a professional network can assist with new employment opportunities and even with preceptor placements.  How exactly are you networking? Are you using specific social media platforms?

Hello Rachel and thank you. Social media is a great tool to establish a professional network. I personally prefer to network using the traditional way of conversing with other people. This way I can remember what they look like, how they speak and carry on with our conversation. And being that English is my second language, I can practice my vocabulary and hopefully learn some new ones.

It is essential for professionals in any field to have developmental goals; nursing is no different. Professional developmental goals give us structure and direction and also allow us to measure our outcomes (Burns, 2018).

Although my objective for participating in this program is PMHNP certification, I intend to use the resources provided to become more effective in professional networking and collaborating. Networking permits the sharing of material that aids in the progression of the profession (Schmidt, n.d.). Since starting the program a few weeks ago, I have joined an international professional nursing organization that focuses on the improvement of health care systems.

Additionally, as my skillset improves, I intend to work more closely with the education department of my organization to assist with content development and instruction methodologies. Graebe (2019) purported that in order to achieve goals and provide competent care, health care facilities should not only be service-oriented but learning-oriented as well.

Walden’s emphasis on positive social change surrounds human and social advancement through research, practice, and the education of motivated scholar-practitioners (Walden n.d.). With all the positive spinoffs from networking along with the acquisition of an additional skillset, I look forward to making my contribution to positive social change. There is no doubt that our goals are aligned.

Title: NURS 6003 Discussion Week 5 Strategies for Academic Portfolios

Professional portfolios are becoming a very popular way for employers to evaluate a nurse is experience and progress. They are considered structured evidence that demonstrate an individual is ability to meet their profession’s standards for practice, including an indication of the professional’s vision of future growth and capacity building (Walden University, 2018)). Because of its growing importance, nurses should ensure that they keep their portfolio current and up to date. Every nursing scholar must first create a professional portfolio before moving from student to professional graduate roles. For the purpose of showcasing their accomplishments and scholarly pursuits, students must have an academic portfolio.

One of the strategic I intent to use in enhancing my portfolio is to show materials that highlight my academic achievements. Nursing scholars must incorporate their existing skills and knowledge into the development of their professional portfolios (Henderson, Davis, & Day, 2018, p.353). As a Walden master’s degree student, I would love to showcase the projects and assignments that would help show my academic activities and accomplishments that I completed so far in the program of study. The plans and tasks that would be shown would be divided into sections of individual assignments, professional development (which includes development projects and specialized research), classroom involvement, and research. It is essential that, as a scholar, I do research and understand the professional practitioner market to build a portfolio that reflects any changes in the market (Jung & Kim, 2017, p.765).

Another strategy I will employ for my professional portfolio is to keep track of all my academic achievements and activities online. According to research, using an online or electronic portfolio can help students achieve more in the classroom (Ahmed & Ward, 2019). To achieve this, I will put everything for my portfolio together in a Google Doc. With Google Doc, I can use a computer to review various parts of my documents whenever and wherever I want. Google Doc regularly saves work, so I don’t have to worry if my computer’s battery runs out of power or if my internet connection is interrupted. In all, using the strategies mentioned above will be helpful because it will show what I have accomplished and what I can contribute in any given professional situation.
