            Successful communication during the change process often help in controlling the fears or inertia due to change through explaining how the entire process of change can affect the individuals associated with it and the reasons why the change processes is being implemented or undertaken. The successful implementation of the change program depends on the communication processes. In other words, communication is the main factor or key and it is also considered to be one of the most complex parameters. Communication process involves exchange of ideas as well as feelings with people within an organization through different platforms or mediums. Development of effective communication always involve the consideration of cultural activities as well as the perception of people or stakeholders involved in the change process.

In effective communication processes, the message sent by an individual is always clear and vividly presented. In successful communication, the message always radiate genuinity and authenticity. Effective communication is used to convey information which is then applied to determine the vision and strategies of the stakeholders. Through communication, the change agents are able to communicate the objectives and mission of the change process. Successful communication. Through effective communication, an organization or the management of the change process are able to describe the objectives in a simple form. Through successful communication, the change agents are able to clearly express the ideas and essential practices required in ensuring successful change process. If the change process begins to fail, the communication process may also fail.
