Hypertension and diabetes are some of the rampant diseases that have caused tragedy in households for the past few years. Just as the name suggests, the disease characterized by the high tension in the blood vessels like the arteries which have been known to carry blood that is pumped to the other parts of the body in a quite higher rate as opposed to the blood passed through the veins. As a result of its diverse effects on the body, the problem, hypertension, has been known to expose the heat to the risk of dangerous diseases like stroke. In most cases, there have been reports on the death casualties caused by the dangers to which hypertension exposes the heart. This usually occurs as a result of a lack of proper control of hypertension.

Diabetes, on the other hand, is a disease that is highly contributed to by the lifestyle in which people live. It is the condition in which there is increased glucose in the blood more than the recommended level. It is also known to cause diseases like Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Thee are dangerous complications that can be avoided through medical recommended practices. The project, therefore, is very significant in the sense that it will be involved intensively in the investigating on how the most vital aspects like the blood pressure can be regulated to solve the cases of hypertension. Similarly, the regulation of aspects like the Glycated hemoglobin (Hba1) towards eliminating diabetes is also considered in this study.
